1. Scope of application

For all orders via our online shop the following terms and conditions apply. Our online shop is directed exclusively to consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, possibilities of correction

The sales contract is concluded with Patrik Pandza.

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by e-mail immediately after sending the order.

When the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have chosen:

Apple Pay
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Apple. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to Apple. After placing the order in the shop, we will ask Apple to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Credit card
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or by delivering the goods within two days.

PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After submitting the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Immediately by Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you will confirm the payment order. Thereby the contract with us is concluded.

Google Pay
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Google. There you can enter your payment data and confirm the payment order to Google. After placing the order in the shop, we request Google to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Amazon Pay
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before the order process in our online shop is completed. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon and confirm the payment order to Amazon. You will then be redirected to our online shop, where you can complete the order process. After submitting the order, we will ask Amazon to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Terms of delivery

We deliver free of charge within the European Union.

We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are available to you:

Credit card
When you place your order you provide your credit card details. Once you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be automatically carried out and your card debited immediately after the contract is concluded.

PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

Immediately by Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, with which service provider Apple is registered, have activated the Apple Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before the order process in our online shop is completed. In order to be able to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment order to us. You will then be redirected to our online shop, where you can complete the order process.

Immediately after placing your order, we will ask Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by Amazon. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer invoice purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. 6. Transport damages

If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

7. Warranty and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
The following applies to used goods: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects occurring within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and shortening of the period do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraudulent intent
- in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the framework of a guarantee promise, if agreed or
- as far as the scope of application of the product liability law is opened.

8. Liability

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- as far as the scope of application of the product liability law is opened.
In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely, (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (OS) platform, which you can find here We are neither obliged nor prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution agency.
